Are children welcome?

Answer

This is an adult-only reception. We love your little ones, however, we have limited space available to accommodate all children. We hope parents will enjoy their well-earned night off!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire is requested. Suits and ties for the gentlemen, and midi or full-length dresses for the ladies.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 5 PM. Ceremony will start prompty at 5:30 PM.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking on-site. However, guests are encouraged to take the hotel shuttle and/or Uber.

Will there be a shuttle from the hotel?

Answer

There will be one shuttle between the Hampton Inn Doylestown and the Terrain Venue. The shuttle will leave the hotel at 4:45 PM. The shuttle will leave the venue at 11:15 PM.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Wedding invitations will be sent in April 2026 with an RSVP deadline of June 10th 2026. Guests will be able to RSVP on Zola at that time. Details will also be included in the invite.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please feel free to note this on your RSVP and let your server know when ordering your meal.
