Our Story

Sarah and Tyler first met in December of 2019 starting out their friendship over common likes and interests in music, food, movies, travel and sports. Going through the pandemic there was lot of uncertainty in what was to come, however, there was always a feeling of comfort and assurance between the two. Skip ahead to December 15th, 2020 they had their first date at Drunken Tacos, which little did they know was foreshadowing many Mexican restaurant date nights to come. The following Valentine's Day Tyler had eased the relationship status question by asking Sarah to be his Valentine. Sarah met his ask with a handmade gift of their favorite shared artist, Mac Miller, and from that point on Tyler knew they could share something special. Fast forward to May 2022 with Sarah having a cat, Pickles, and Tyler having his dog, Kye, the four of them moved out of Clifton into a 1 bedroom apartment where they began to mold together their little family. After a second move into a house and some amazing travel opportunities, another cat was added to the mix, Cheddar. Speaking of travel opportunities, while in Vegas celebrating what would have been Sarah's brothers 30th birthday, a new experience was dropped on their laps... to foster a pitbull with limited time in a shelter. Hesitant but excited about the opportunity they knew they were blessed enough to help in the situation. Which led to, you guessed it, a foster fail and they added their fourth fur baby Kip to the family. The official joining of the family began with the engagement that Tyler meticulously planned out before their trip to San Diego. A quick stroll before dinner reservations on the beach turned to a proposal and photo session Tyler eagerly had been waiting to happen for months. Sarah, being the planner of the couple, was caught off guard considering most other moments of the trip were well outlined by her, including crossing off visiting another major league baseball stadium. Tyler and Sarah have a goal, as both of them played baseball/softball in high school, to visit every major league baseball stadium and see a game. To see the Cincinnati Reds on the road being a bonus, 4 crossed off the list and 26 to go! Now, a big thank you to being apart of the story and beginning of the marriage that will be forever looked back on with lots of love and endearment!
