Where is the ceremony and reception at?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both at The Grand Hall at Power and Light Event Space in Kansas City, Missouri 64105. Entrance to the event space is on the east side of the building along Baltimore Avenue in between West 13th and West 14th Streets. Where Do I Sleep?

Answer

Where do I park?

Answer

The wedding/reception is in downtown Kansas City, so parking will be limited. We recommend in town guests Uber, and traveling guests either walk from the recommended hotel or take the KC Streetcar from their hotel. There are several paid parking garages in the downtown area.

What time should you be there?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 530pm on January 19, 2019. We kindly ask guests to arrive 15 to 30 minutes prior.

How do I RSVP and when is it due?

Answer

We’d love to know if you can make it (we hope you can!). Please RSVP by December 28th using the RSVP card that came in the mail.

Answer

If you're invitation says "and guest" then absolutely! Otherwise, we would prefer you didn't.

What is the dress code?

We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite cocktail attire!

A January wedding.....what temperature will it be?

Answer

Well we are in the Midwest, so temperatures range significantly, but the average low is 20 degrees and the average high is 40 degrees in January. As of the week of the wedding, the temperative is a low of 0 to a high of 20 degrees with 1-3 inches of snow possible on Friday/Saturday. Please plan accordingly.

What is on the menu?

Answer

There will be several small plate appetizers and for the buffet we will be serving Street Tacos (carnitas and chicken), BBQ sliders on a pretzel bun, and Beef sliders topped with a bacon jam.
