Traditional Indian attire such as saris and lehengas are beautifully welcomed, though elegant Western attire—such as vibrant gowns, or suits in lighter hues—is equally encouraged. This evening is a celebration of color, music, and festivity, so we invite you to have fun with your look and express your style in a way that feels both festive and refined.

Our wedding ceremony, known as the Anand Karaj, is a sacred Sikh tradition that beautifully symbolizes the spiritual union of two souls and the beginning of a lifelong journey together in love, faith, and partnership. In honor of the sacred nature of the ceremony, guests are kindly asked to dress in modest and respectful attire. Traditional Indian clothing such as saris, lehengas, and kurtas are warmly welcomed, though elegant Western formal wear is equally appropriate. We kindly ask that attire be chosen with the sanctity of the Gurdwara in mind, with shoulders and legs respectfully covered. As is customary, all guests will be asked to cover their heads while inside; head coverings will be available if needed.

Join us for an evening of celebration, elegance, and dancing as we continue the festivities. Guests are invited to dress in Black-Tie or Formal Attire or embrace the beauty of traditional Indian dress for a night of glamour, color, and joy. This is the moment to sparkle and celebrate with us into the evening. Western Formal: Floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses; tuxedos with black neckties or bowties. Indian Attire: Lehengas, sarees, or anarkalis for women; sherwanis, Indo-western suits, or kurta with dress pants for men. Rich jewel tones, embellishments, and vibrant colors are warmly encouraged.
