Our paths crossed several times in our early years (at school music festivals and concerts) without us even realizing it. It wasn’t until a Crane School of Music recruitment event in Hauppauge that Rose noticed Tyler and quietly carried a crush from afar. Fast forward through freshman year (and a pandemic), Tyler came across a picture of Rose online and finally decided to say hello...From going to college together, working summer camps along side each other, sharing a faith with one another, and student teaching in the same school, they naturally became each other's favorite person. Four years later, in the very place where Rose had been when Tyler first reached out, he got down on one knee and asked her to marry him.
