What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive close to 4pm to allow yourself time to park and find a seat at the venue before the ceremony begins.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, dressy casual attire for our outdoorsy venue. Since the ceremony and some venue activities will be held outside, we suggest wearing outfits that will be comfortable in early September!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know on your RSVP if you have any food allergies and we will put in a special request for our caterers.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes, the venue has onsite free parking (165 spots available).

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please see our Lodging page for some recommended hotels with links to book your rooms. We have reserved a block of hotel rooms at Hilton Garden Inn and Springhill Suites for Friday night on September 12th. Hotel blocks are reserved until the beginning of August.
