How do I RSVP? By when?

Answer

You can RSVP by scanning the QR code on our invitation, or by clicking the RSVP tab on the website. From there, you will be asked to RSVP for the guests listed under your name. After, it will ask you if you will be attending the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Please RSVP by August 22, 2025.

Semi-Formal Our wedding will embrace the colors and coziness of the fall season, and we would love for your attire to reflect that. We can't wait to see you looking your fall best!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors (weather permitting). The reception will be held indoors, with outdoor access.

What is the address for the wedding ceremony and reception? Are they wheelchair accessible?

The ceremony and reception will both take place at Bella Terre Vineyard & Reception Hall, 23375 Barrus Rd, Glenwood, IA 51534 The venue is wheelchair accessible!

What time should we arrive? Is there parking available?

Answer

You can begin to arrive at the venue starting at 3:00pm, the ceremony will start at 3:30pm. There is a parking lot upon entering.

Hotel Information

Answer

Reserve your room by September 5th. Check In: 3pm on Fridays, 4pm on Saturdays. Check out by 11am. Breakfast Included

Is transportation provided to/from the venue?

Answer

For guests staying at the hotel, there will be three (12 passenger) shuttles to provide transportation on our wedding day. We will update this section with the time of each shuttle when we get closer!

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for, and we are truly grateful to share this special moment with you. In place of a traditional registry, we have created a honeymoon fund to help us begin our next chapter with meaningful experiences and lasting memories. Details can be found on our Registry page. Should you prefer to give a physical gift, please know it is warmly appreciated, but never expected. Your love and support are more than enough!
