We will be hosting an adult-only event. We hope that this will allow parents a fun night off!

Parking

Answer

Free private parking behind building - 80 stalls available. First come first serve. All cars need to be parked in the back parking lot and cannot block entrance to the neighbor buildings. It is first come first serve basis. Overflow parking will be on the streets. Your car be parked overnight at the venue if you choose to shuttle back to the hotel at the end of the night, just pleas pick your car up first thing Saturday morning.

Shuttle Service

Answer

Complimentary shuttle service from Tru Hilton Hotel directly to the venue, starting an hour before ceremony. The shuttle will run periodically until midnight.

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during our ceremony, but please feel free to capture moments during cocktail hour and the reception! If you’d like access to our wedding photos afterward, reach out to the bride for a link to download and save your favorites.

The entirety of the wedding venue is wheelchair accessible. There is an elevator to the second level of the venue as an alternative to the stairs.

Venue Closing Time

We kindly ask that all guests depart the venue by 12 a.m. Any delay will result in additional charges for the bride & groom. Your cooperation means so much! If you’d like to lend a hand with packing up décor at the end of the night, please connect with the mothers of the bride and groom for direction—your help is greatly appreciated!
