When do I need to RSVP by?

We kindly ask all guests to RSVP by April 1st. Your timely response helps us finalize important details and ensure everything is perfectly prepared for the day to go smoothly.

What if I can’t make it?

Answer

We’ll miss you, but we completely understand! Please let us know by submitting your “NOT attending” RSVP on our website so we can plan accordingly. Or if you have already RSVP’d “yes” but can no longer attend please reach out to let us know as soon as possible we understand plans change!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will start at 4:00pm. Please arrive 15-25 minutes before the ceremony to get settled and be seated by 3:45pm

Can I bring a plus one?

We appreciate your understanding that our guest list is limited. Only those who received a +1 on their invitation are able to bring a guest. [YOUR NAME AND GUEST] on invitation

Yes, children are welcome to attend our wedding celebration with us! Children names should be listed under parents when you RSVP, contact us if they aren’t.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! We will have an open bar available for our guests to enjoy throughout the celebration. To keep things light and fun, we’ll be serving beer, wine, and champagne. No hard liquor will be offered. We can’t wait to raise a glass with you!

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.

Yes, there will be plenty of parking available at the Tack Shed!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Mountain weather can be unpredictable. Even in warmer months, evenings can be chilly so we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap just in case.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony will take place outdoors so you can enjoy the beautiful scenery with us. The reception will also be outdoors, but it will be held under a covered event tent to keep everyone comfortable.
