Question

What should I do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony will end around 3:30pm, and it takes 25 minutes to drive from the church to the Hyatt. The first shuttle will leave the Hyatt at 4:30pm. If you are staying at the Hyatt only on Saturday night, we recommend checking in to your hotel room during this intermission before catching the shuttle to the reception. If you are already settled into your room, relax and grab a drink at the hotel bar, Socci.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking at St. Philip Catholic Church is free and self-parking. Army Navy Country Club will provide a free valet service that reception guests are required to use. A shuttle service will also be provided to and from the Hyatt and Army Navy.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love all of your kids so, so much! But this will be a kid-free night. If you need help finding childcare please reach out as we are happy to recommend some options!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then we have allotted you a guest for the wedding. We can only accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Yes! We are registered at Zola, West Elm, and Williams Sonoma. These can be found on the ‘Registry’ page.
