Our engagement story is very cute, Marlon had been hinting for quite some time that he wanted me (Tyler) to propose. Well, lo and behold I was putting together a whole plan to get ready for my big day. I will admit keeping a secret is very hard, but in the end it turned out phenomenal. With the help of my dear friend Melissa, I had planned to propose on Mother’s Day on our cruise to Bermuda!! This was day 2 or 3 of our trip so was just trying to go with the flow and ensure he did not have any suspicions. Well, with kicking him out of the room with the help of Jacob, I out everything together, dressed up in my suit & set a heart of rose medals surrounding the ring!! When he came back he was star struck and instantly was in tears. Luckily he said yes right away and Melissa caught the moment!! We are so happy to be together and cannot wait to celebrate our day!! The cruise was beyond phenomenal and is a vacation that we will never forget.
