What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before the ceremony to get all settled in!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress casual and be yourself! We want you to feel relaxed and ready to celebrate with us. Think casual but still dressy - something you’d wear to a nice dinner or special celebration. Comfortable and polished attire is perfect!

Can I bring a plus - one?

Answer

As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, our guest list is limited to those named on the invitation!

Are kids invited?

Although we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults - only celebration (unless otherwise noted on your invitation).

Where should I stay?

Answer

Most of our guests are local to the area so we opted to not have a hotel block. But listed under “Travel” are local hotels. Don’t forget to check out Airbnb or VRBO!

Where should I park?

Answer

You will be able to park in the main grassy lot at the Ford County Fairgrounds. We will have a few golf carts shuttling people to the ceremony site.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes! Both are located at the Ford County Fairgrounds! The ceremony will be located in the Barn in the back southeast corner in the barn and the reception will be held in the dance building!

What kind of food and drinks will be served?

Answer

After the ceremony, join us for a cocktail hour featuring a delicious grazing table. Dinner will be catered by Yoder’s Kitchen, followed by cookies for dessert! We will also have an open bar with a variety of alcoholic beverages, pop, iced tea, lemonade and water!

Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for, and we truly mean that. We feel so lucky to be surrounded by love and support as we start this new chapter. These gifts will help us build our future together— but please know your love and well wishes mean the most.
