Please arrive to the venue around 3:30pm to ensure everyone is seated prior to 4:00pm.
Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Cocktail Attire
If the weather does not permit an outside ceremony and cocktail hour they will be moved indoors.
Cocktail hour
4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Cocktail hour served with canapés on the veranda outside. There will be a soft call for dinner at 5:45, make sure to grab a cocktail/drink to bring in with you as the bar will be closed during dinner. (dinner wine will be provided)
Dinner
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Seated dinner inside, please ensure you fill out the meal preferences and indicate any dietary restrictions.
