FAQs

The Wedding Website of Maddison Oles and Tyler Largent
Question

What time should we arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving around 4:30 PM so you have plenty of time to park, find your seat, and settle in before the ceremony begins.

Question

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held in a covered outdoor space with an open breezeway, so you’ll have shade and airflow.

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Dress in elevated Sunday Best with a touch of southern charm. Think polished and a little dressed up. For the men: a button-down, nice jeans, and boots are perfect. A suit jacket is optional if you want to dress things up a bit. For the ladies: spring-time colors, soft florals, and maxi or cocktail-length dresses fit the vibe beautifully. Think classic, pretty, and put-together. To help keep the atmosphere and photos cohesive, we kindly ask for: - No ball caps - No tennis shoes - No white - No overly flashy, club-style, or attention-grabbing outfits If you’d wear it to a nice church service or a classic southern gathering, you’ll fit right in.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Plus-ones are included only if listed on your invitation.

Question

What time does the reception end?

Answer

The celebration will wrap up at 10:00 PM.

Question

Is the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes. The ceremony will take place at the Old World Chapel, and the reception will be held at the main venue on the same property.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’d love for everyone to be fully present with us. The ceremony will be unplugged, so please refrain from taking photos until the reception.

Question

What’s the weather like that time of year?

Answer

Late March in Weatherford is usually mild, with daytime temperatures in the low 70s and cooler evenings. It’s comfortable overall, but a light layer is perfect once the sun goes down.
