Liz and Tyler first met online over winter break in 2020. And after a week of exchanging texts, they went on their first date. Immediately, they hit it off and talked for hours. They had been out so long that each other’s friends and family for sure thought they were being kidnapped by a stranger on the internet. Despite that, that night they knew they were the ones for each other. Or at least Liz did… The following months came with a lot of adjustment, especially as they both went back to school. Over the long distance, they grew to know and love each other over nighttime FaceTime calls and weekend dates. Spending as much time as they possibly could together. In February of 2024, after Tyler graduated from college, he moved in with Liz. Through those months of learning how to live together, they both solidified that this is who they wanted to be with for the rest of their lives. And after 3 ½ years of being together, on November 9, 2024, Tyler proposed to Liz. And of course… she said yes.
