Is there a shuttle?

Answer

Yes. The shuttle will pick up from the Thompson Denver hotel. It will leave promptly at 3pm, please arrive before then.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are requesting that all of our guests dress in formal attire. Formal wear for gentlemen may include a jacket and tie or traditional suit, a tuxedo is not required. For women, floor length or midi dresses. Please no jeans/denim or sneakers.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, please arrive no later than 3:45pm. Shuttles will be provided from the Thompson Denver hotel.

What is the order of events?

Answer

Ceremony: 4:00pm - 4:30pm Cocktail Hour: 4:30pm - 5:30pm Dinner and Dancing: 5:30pm - 10:00pm
