What to Bring

Answer

Besides your beautiful faces, there are a few things we want to make sure you bring. Swimsuits are a must! It’ll be really hot but there are three swimming holes at the venue. Sequoia National Park is close by, so bring hiking/activewear if you want to explore it. The park is also cooler than Three Rivers so a warmer or wind layer might be a good idea.

Photos

We have a professional photographer to capture this joyous moment for us; don’t worry about getting anything with your phone. During the ceremony especially, we ask that you keep your phone or camera put away and just enjoy with your eyes. We will share the professional photos here on our site as soon as they’re ready.

Where to sleep

Answer

If you are staying at the venue, there are beds available. However, there are no private rooms. If you want privacy we recommend bringing camping gear. The property is beautiful and there are abundant camping spots. If you want to borrow something just ask! We have some spares.

Smoking

Answer

We will have one or two designated smoking areas, both cigarettes and 420 friendly. However, we really want to make sure that no butts or ash end up anywhere else on the property. This place is really beautiful and we are going to leave it just as nice as we found it.

Leave No Trace

Answer

This is along a similar line, but respect the venue!!!!! Any trash has to end up in trash cans, no exceptions. Any littering and the bride will hunt you down and armbar you.

Why is the ceremony time different on the website than on my invite?

Answer

After sending the official invites, we spoke with the venue and they informed us it will likely still be too hot at 4pm. Therefore, we will be holding the ceremony at 6:00pm instead to let it cool down a bit more.

Fires

Answer

There are none. Candles/campfires/fireworks are all not allowed. It is a super high risk area for fires. Let’s not start a crazy forest fire those are never good.

Gas

Answer

We would highly recommend getting gas in Visalia or Exeter and not wait until Three Rivers. There is a gas station in Three Rivers but it is WAY more expensive.

Song requests

Answer

If you have any song requests for listening, dancing, or crazy out of tune singing make sure to let us know before the wedding! Once at the venue the playlist will be offline so we can’t help you.
