Everyone's health and safety is our #1 priority. Given the recent surge in cases and the COVID-19 variant, we request that all guests who plan on attending our wedding be fully vaccinated. Masks will be worn by the Quonquont Farm staff and we welcome any guests to wear masks if it makes them more comfortable! We will be closely monitoring the guidelines and laws regarding the pandemic and taking all necessary safety measures.
There will be two buses providing transportation from the hotels listed below to Quonquont Farm in time for the ceremony. The buses will also be available after the reception to bring anyone staying at those hotels back safely so you can enjoy the night without worry. Please note that all guests are required to wear masks on the buses and they will depart for the venue promptly at the times below: - Residence Inn Chicopee - 2:45pm - Fairfield Marriott Holyoke - 3:00pm - Fairfield Marriott Northampton - 3:10pm
Semi-formal! September is an especially beautiful time in The Berkshires. Ladies, a heads up that the ceremony will be in a grassy area, so just be mindful of your footwear. We want everyone to be comfortable!
We love your kids - we really do! But we want our wedding to be your night off. :)
For those that decide to drive directly to Quonquont Farm, they have a large parking lot right next to the reception barn. There will be attendants on site to help direct parking. The staff can also transport those who need assistance to/from the ceremony via golf carts.
