What is the dress code?

Answer

Our special day will take place at a beautiful state park in upstate New York, we recommend wearing comfortable shoes and casual yet stylish attire. Bring a light jacket or sweater for cooler evening temperatures. We want you to feel comfortable as you celebrate with us!

Will I be able to bring my children?

Answer

We absolutely adore the precious children of our friends and families. However, our day will be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of the children in the wedding party. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on your RSVP. If your RSVP includes a guest, their name will be listed or it will say "guest". Thank you for your understanding! Please note some families with adults have been broken up from the family RSVP so if you don't see a member of your family, try to type their name in.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved room blocks at three hotel options, all located about 20 minutes from the venue. Traveling as a group? Guests are also welcome to explore other options (Air Bnb, Vrbo, area hotels) in the area for additional choices.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at promptly 3:00 PM please plan to arrive 30 minutes early to allow time to park, find your seat, and settle in.

What is the weather like this time of year?

Answer

September in the Hudson Valley is usually mild and beautiful- perfect wedding weather! Expect daytime temperatures around the low 70s and cooler evenings in the low 50s-though as I write this it is snowing in April. We recommend bringing a jacket or wrap in the event the fall weather decides to cool off early!

What should I do if I can't attend?

Answer

We'll miss you, but we totally understand! Please let us know as soon as possible by submitting your RSVP, and no later than the RSVP deadline. We're planning carefully and appreciate your help in making sure everything runs smoothly. Last minute cancellations are tough to accommodate.

Are there any wedding events happening besides the ceremony and reception?

We are currently in the process of deciding on this based off our guests availability. Please let us know if you would be interested in Welcome Drinks on Friday evening or a Sunday Brunch by messaging the bride and groom directly. Thank you !
