What happened to your wedding venue?

Answer

Domaine de Broglie’s tasting room tragically burnt in a fire on Halloween night. This was devastating to lose such a gorgeous building that meant so much to Laree especially, who has worked there for seven years part-time. We are very glad to be able to have our wedding on the same property, just in a different location.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

Parking is available but limited at our venue. For this reason, we encourage carpooling and taking advantage of our shuttle which will be going to and from McMinnville. Please text Laree or Tyler for shuttle details!

Can I plan to just Lyft/Uber?

Answer

Unfortunately, Lyft and Uber services are EXTREMELY limited and unreliable out here in wine country at night. Please do not rely on a Lyft or Uber to get you home at night as it might never arrive! (True story - Laree has seen this happen to many people)

Where/how should I share my food allergies/restrictions?

Answer

We are planning a family style dinner with a fantastic menu! Field and Vine are really top-notch caterers. We empathize with food allergies so please feel free to text Laree or Tyler your specific allergies and we can connect with the caterer beforehand about which menu items will meet your needs. Appetizers, most of the dinner menu, and cookies (part of dessert table) are gluten free.

What should I wear?

Answer

We invite cocktail attire but we aren’t too picky and want you to be comfortable! When considering footwear, please keep in mind that we will be on a working vineyard with some uneven ground.

Are there COVID precautions?

Answer

We are not going to be checking vaccination status or requiring facemasks. The event is entirely outdoors and guests are welcome to wear face masks if that makes them feel more comfortable!
