Graveyard Fields Trail
Graveyard Fields is supposedly one of the first spots in the area to see fall color because of the unique species in the area! You can take a short hike to a beautiful waterfall or hike 3.5 miles through the meadows to see the second waterfall, which just so happens to be the spot where Tyler proposed. We recommend heading out early to avoid the crowds.
Blue Ridge Parkway
The Blue Ridge Parkway is the perfect place to find a hike with waterfalls or mountain views. Or, you can go for a drive and take in the views along the way. RomanticAsheville.com is our favorite site for finding BRP hikes.
Downtown Asheville
Downtown Asheville is famous for its music, culture, and nightlife. Visit the many restaurants, shops, and cafes, or grab a seat on the Hop-on Hop-off tour (see link) bus to get a glimpse of everything.
