If you have any questions other than the ones listed below, please reach out to our wedding coordinator, Simone.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 12, 2021. This will give you ample time to reserve a room at the provided room block before the April 2 deadline and plan travel arrangements.

Question

How many guests will attend the wedding?

Answer

For the health and safety of all involved, we are limiting our wedding to 50 people.

Question

Will there be any social distancing measures taken?

Answer

All guests will be provided with a mask and personal bottle of hand sanitizer. We ask that all guests wear their masks when not eating or drinking. Temperature checks will be performed before guests are seated for the ceremony.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the ceremony & reception is semi-formal (suit & tie for men and cocktail dresses for the ladies). We kindly request that all women wear a shade of purple and men wear some form of navy (suit, tie, etc.)

Question

Is there a shuttle to the park for the ceremony?

Answer

No. However, there is plenty of free parking and signs will be posted to direct you to the ceremony site.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony site no later than 2:30PM.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Nope! While we know everyone is anxious to capture the special moment, we’re hiring an extremely talented photographer to do just that! We want everyone to be present and we certainly don’t want photos of everyone on their phone taking a photo. We politely ask that our guests refrain from using cell phones during the ceremony and hold on posting any photos to social media until we are officially husband and wife. Take plenty of photos at the reception!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Ceremony parking is on site and free. Recommended parking for the reception venue is the parking garage on the corner of Liberty & Race (1545 Race St Cincinnati, OH 45202). Parking fee for the evening will be $8-$10 per vehicle.

Question

What if it rains?

Answer

Any updates to the wedding day schedule will be shared via EMAIL. If the weather is looking bleak that morning, please keep your phones close and be on the look out for a note from us. NO EMAIL, NO CHANGES.

Question

What do I do if I’m lost or need help?

Answer

Don’t call the bride or groom! We won’t have our phones and we’ll be a bit busy...getting married. Try a close family member who may be able to help.
