When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 9th so that we can make all of our final arrangements!

What if I missed the RSVP date?

Answer

Unfortunately if you have not RSVP'd by August 9th, we will be unable to accommodate you as final numbers have been given to our venue and caterers.

When should I show up?

Answer

We please ask that all guests are on the Terrace and seated by 2:50 so that we can keep our timeline on schedule!

What happens if I am late to the ceremony?

Answer

We are on a very tight timeline and unfortunately if you do not make it before the ceremony has begun, you will be asked to wait and join us at the reception.

Can I bring a plus one or my kiddos?

Answer

We ask that you do NOT bring anyone that is not specified on the RSVP list. We will not be able to accommodate any person that is not on the list.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We please ask that you wear formal attire (Ties and dress jackets are optional) For the Men: Dress pants and dress shirt, nice & clean shoes. For the Ladies: Dresses or dress pants and dress shirt, nice & clean shoes.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We will be having an "unplugged" ceremony, meaning that we ask for no phones or cameras to be out during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and would like everyone else to be fully in the moment with us! Photos will be allowed after dinner, but we still please ask that you be aware of the photographer as we have specific moments we have asked her to capture! We will have QR codes that we will ask everyone to scan after dinner so that all photos can be uploaded and shared with us!

Can I post photos on social media or share with others?

We kindly ask that you do not post or share any photos until we have for ourselves! This is a very big moment that we have been waiting for, and we would appreciate the chance to share our favorite moments before any one else does.

Will there be alcohol at the wedding?

We are offering a cash bar during the reception.

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

For those who would like to give a gift, we please ask that you contribute to our honeymoon fund, as we have everything else that we need!

Where should I park?

Answer

The Esplanade has a free parking lot on the weekends, located behind the building with access from 2nd Street. If you would rather more security, there is an underground parking lot which you can use at your own expense.

What happens if I need to change my RSVP?

Answer

If you have RSVP'd yes and are unable to make it, we please ask that we get as much notice as you are able to give. Our dinner is being catered and final numbers will need to be provided ahead of time, with the expectation that you will be there to receive your plate of food.
