While we adore your kids, please note that this will be an adult-only event. We kindly ask that you make arrangements for childcare so that everyone can fully enjoy the celebration. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding means the world to us! If your invitation includes a plus one, we’re excited to celebrate with your guest as well. Please be sure to RSVP for both you and your plus one so we can plan accordingly. If you did not receive a plus-one on your invitation, we kindly ask that you attend solo, as we have limited space. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

St William has a large parking lot that can be accessed by St. William Ave. For the Madison Event Center there is ample parking available 24/7 in The City Center Parking Garage located on 7th Street. In addition to garage parking, Hotel Covington offers valet service (charges may vary). There is also metered street parking available on many side streets surrounding the event space.

When Should I Arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:00. We kindly ask that guests arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. This will give everyone a chance to settle in and ensure the ceremony begins promptly.

Please RSVP by Saturday, March 14th. If we do not hear from you we will miss you and assume you can't make it!
