Please kindly RSVP by June 20, 2026. To RSVP, use the QR code on your invitation or click the RSVP tab in the menu above and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. Do not enter "The _____ Family” OR “Mr. & Mrs ___.” Please use your first and last name. Otherwise, it won’t show up! We will be anxiously waiting for your response and look forward to celebrating with you!

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, PLEASE let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP any later than June 20, 2026. We will need to provide our vendors and venue the exact guest count by a certain date. Please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30pm. Please plan to be SEATED no later than 3:15pm. However, please do not arrive before 2:30pm. *Music will begin at 3:00pm. *SHUTTLE TO NATURE CHAPEL stops at 3:15pm.

The ceremony will be held outdoors in the Nature Chapel, weather permitting. There is also an indoor option on site if Mother Nature has other plans. The reception will follow immediately and be held indoors at the Great Hall on the same property.

Ladies are encouraged to wear their favorite sundress or cocktail dress, and gentlemen are encouraged to wear their best dress pants, dress shirt, and tie. Absolutely NO jeans/denim or white! The bridesmaids will be wearing terracotta. Groomsmen will be in tan suits, and blues are reserved for Tyler and Kaylee’s moms and grandmothers.

We love love, but our venue has capacity limits. If you’ve been given a plus-one, you’ll see an extra guest listed when you RSVP. If not, we hope you’ll still join us for a wonderful celebration! We appreciate your understanding as we aim to create an intimate and meaningful celebration with our closest loved ones.

We love children, but our wedding and reception will be an adult-only celebration, with the exception of immediate family members. Your invitation and RSVP will clearly indicate which children, if any, are invited. We hope you'll take this opportunity to enjoy a special evening out together!

We're hosting an "unplugged ceremony" where we kindly ask guests to set aside their phones and cameras. Our most cherished gift is your undivided attention as we exchange our vows. Professional photographers and videographers will beautifully capture every moment, and we can't wait to share the photos and video with you shortly after the wedding. Once the ceremony concludes, you're welcome to snap away and document the celebration to your heart's content!
