Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by September 2026. If we have not heard from you by September 28th, you will automatically be RSVP'ed as "NO" to be able to provide correct numbers for the caterer and seating arrangements.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony location between 3:15-3:50 pm, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. If you are late to the event, we will kindly ask you wait outside the ceremony space until the ceremony is over.

Bar Policy

Answer

The venue requires valid photo ID to serve alcohol to all guest (yes, even the ones definitely over 21). Please plan to bring your ID if you plan to enjoy an alcoholic beverage!

Is there parking onsite for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There is a parking lot adjacent to the ceremony and reception space. Guests are welcome to leave their car there overnight, however do not park in the reserved spots. We will have a transportation service, pick up times/location will be TBD.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

To keep our wedding as intimate as possible, we will only be able to accommodate the names listed on your invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code for the wedding is Black Tie Optional. Please see Attire Tab for more details!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! A hotel attached to the venue and it is called "The Inn at Herrington on the Bay." We do not have a block of rooms at the Inn because it is "first come, first serve" basis for reservations. Another option is the Rod N Reel Resort is about 10 minutes from the venue. The Rod N Reel has many onsite options, including restaurants, bars and a casino. There are some Airbnb options or other hotel options nearby. Please check out the "Travel" tab for more information.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

When you RSVP, there is a section to add your specific food allergy. We will try to accommodate you to the best of our ability. Please note, the venue catering is completely gluten-free.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We will have an optional, casual welcome party at Ketch 22 for those who are in town early. We will have an after party at 1936 bar, which is located at the Rod & Reel resort, we would love for our guest to join us for a night cap. Please see the "Schedule" tab for more information!
