In May 2018 Tyler was on the hunt for a home. His realtor, Julie Dalton, decided to have a newer agent help out and "show her the ropes", that new agent being Karissa! The market in 2018 was tough, Karissa showed him a lot of homes and tried to keep him positive though the many multiple offer situations. In July 2018 he closed on his home. To Karissa he was just another client that she would probably never hear from after the closing. Little did she know, he would show up when she least expected! After a few months of casually talking they decided to give dating a whirl and they hit it off. Karissa has found a passion for hobbies she never knew she had! They enjoy hiking, kayaking, fishing (Tyler more so) and vacationing with family and friends. They love to explore new areas/countries, one of their favorite trips being Ambergris Caye, Belize. Tyler and Karissa are the opposites that attract. They help balance each other out. They love to have fun and enjoy life. They are looking forward to a lifetime of happiness and excited to see where the future leads them.
