When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by July 1 so that we can get a final head count for dinner and drinks. If you do not RSVP by the deadline we will mark you as unable to attend.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your RSVP will reflect the individuals in your party who are invited to share in our special day. We kindly ask that only those listed on your RSVP attend.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the stated start time for the ceremony to give yourself plenty of time to park and find your seats.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is western semi-formal, so please feel free to dress in whatever makes you comfortable for early August while keeping that style in mind. We respectfully request that guests avoid wearing white.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are two hotels in White Sulphur Springs, as well as numerous Airbnb and VRBO options to choose from. We have a limited number of rooms blocked at Spa Hot Springs, available through June 1, 2026, so we encourage you to book early if you plan to stay overnight. Dry camping will also be available at the venue for guests who prefer to bring their own lodging arrangements.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have chosen not to create a registry. Your presence at our celebration is truly the greatest gift. However, for those who wish to contribute to our future together, a card or monetary gift is warmly appreciated.
