FAQs

The Wedding Website of Julia Kraft and Tyler Deese
Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to wear elevated winter cocktail attire for our special day—think dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, or jackets with dark slacks. No jeans, please. The ceremony will be held outdoors. The reception will take place indoors.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We are so excited to celebrate with the whole family! We just ask that parents keep an eye on their little ones to ensure everyone enjoys the day. And as for the music, fair warning, it might not be 100% kid-friendly as the night goes on. We promise it’ll be a good time, but consider this your heads-up!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We love a good party, but due to space (and our sanity), we can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thanks for understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We've been living together for a bit, so we’ve collected a random mix of hand-me-downs and “it’ll do for now” items. Now that we’re getting married, we’re hoping to swap out some of those mismatched pieces for things we really love (and that actually match!) You can find our Amazon registry list under the Registry tab on this website.

Question

Do you have a honeymoon/ cash fund?

Answer

We do! You can find our cash fund on our registry. These funds will go towards our honeymoon in Punta Cana and our future home.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Absolutely! Look under the Travel tab for more information!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available for the ceremony. Please note that the ceremony site is accessible via a slight downhill walk. As the wedding will be outdoors in December, be prepared for any weather that North Carolina may surprise us with!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. There will be a designated time at the beginning for photos, after which we kindly request that you put your phones away and enjoy the moment with us. We’ve invested a great deal in professional photographers and videographers, and they’ll be capturing all the perfect moments for us to share with you later!
