Question

How do we get from the hotel to the venue and vice versa?

Answer

If you have a reservation at the Springhill Suites hotel, or the 3 surrounding hotels, there will be 1 shuttle at 3:15pm to take 48 passengers to the venue. After the wedding there will be 2 pickups (48 guests each time) at 9:30pm and 10pm to take guests from the venue to the hotel. If you decide to stay somewhere else, make sure to have a reliable ride as Ubers or Lyfts may be sparse.

Answer

If you plan on drinking a lot, please take the shuttle. If you do NOT plan on drinking, please drive to the venue. We have limited space on the shuttle and we need to reserve it for people who are drinking and cannot drive. So if you do not drink, or you don’t plan on drinking, please drive or carpool to the venue!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Invited guest names will also show up when you RSVP online. Please do not bring any extra guests that are not formally invited. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal cocktail attire. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white.

Where do I park?

Answer

Our venue has free on-site parking. You are allowed to leave your vehicle overnight if need be but it must be picked up by 8am the next day. If you are staying overnight, there will be a shuttle to transport people to the Springhill Suites hotel which also has 3 next-door hotels.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

Is there an open bar?

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you---get ready to party!

What time does the ceremony start?

The ceremony will start at 4pm. Cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception will follow.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than March 20th. Our vendors need a specific head count by March 20th to accommodate everyone.

What time is hotel check in?

Answer

According to the hotels website, check in is at 4pm. The hotel informed us that they will try to have rooms ready by 3pm. Please call prior to checking in to see if your room is available early.

Where is the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony and the reception is at The Farm Bakery & Events in Quakertown. The ceremony is at 4pm. Cocktail hour, dinner, dessert, and reception will follow. The address is 2475 W Zion Hill Rd, Quakertown, PA 18951
