What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm at Great Marsh Estate 6105 Great Marsh Pl, Bealeton, VA 22712. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to find your seat and settle in.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttles will depart Tru by Hilton at 3:45 pm on Friday, October 17th. Early shuttle will depart Great Marsh Estate at 8:30 pm and take guests to Tru by Hilton Manassas. All shuttles will depart Great Marsh Estate at then end of the reception. Shuttles will be going to Tru by Hilton Manassas while some shuttles will go to after party at Old Towne Sports Pub If you prefer to drive, there is parking available at the Estate. Please be aware that due to the remote location, Ubers are not available from Great Marsh Estate.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal: Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie, while ladies can opt for a floor-length gown or formal cocktail dress.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is planned to take place outdoors, weather permitting. Followed by an outdoor cocktail hour and an indoor reception to continue the celebration. Kindly dress with both indoor and outdoor settings in mind.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Please feel free to come have a drink with the Bride and Groom the night before the big day! Please visit 'Schedule' tab for more information. After party following the reception at Old Towne Sports Pub in Manassas.

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at Tru by Hilton Manassas and Hilton Garden Inn Manassas. Please visit the 'Travel & Lodging' tab to book rooms. Be sure to book your room by September 16, 2025, to receive the discounted rate. We recommend securing your hotel room early through our reserved block to ensure availability. High demand is expected, and booking early helps us negotiate additional rooms for our group if needed. Your prompt reservation will be greatly appreciated!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP section of the website.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only occasion. We hope you enjoy a night off to celebrate with us!
