Hotel Indigo Cleveland Downtown

The link provided will take you to our blocked room hotel page. Once there, click on the BOOK NOW button to complete your reservation. We are offering the 12th and 13th of August for all guests to stay with us. Depending on how long you would like to stay, please enter the dates you are planning on staying at the hotel. Keep in mind that check in for the 12th and the 13th is 4pm. For parking, the hotel does offer a valet service for $40 a day with unlimited use of your car. If you are planning on staying at the hotel and no driving plans; we recommend the Arena Stadium Parking lot to the left of the hotel. It is a covered lot right next to the hotel with a lower parking fee.

Shuttle

BVIP Limousine Service - Ceremony

August 13, 2022 1:45 pm - 3:30 pm

The shuttle to the ceremony is open to anyone who would like the ease of parking at one place and having our transportation do the rest. Starting at Hotel Indigo, the shuttle will pick up guest at 1:45pm and take them to the Ceremony location. Once the Ceremony is over, guest are able to take the shuttle back to the hotel where the next shuttle will pick them up at 5:45pm.

BVIP Limousine Service - Reception

August 13, 2022 5:45 pm - 11:00 pm

Starting at Hotel Indigo, the shuttle will pick guest up at the front lobby at the hotel and take them straight to the reception at the Ariel Pearl. Pick up times to the reception will start at 5:45pm and the last ride over to the reception will be 6:30pm from the Hotel. For the evening, the shuttle will start making it's pickups at the reception at 9pm until 11pm. The last ride will be at 11pm from the reception to the hotel.
