Catawba Falls
For our guests traveling on I-40, Catawba Falls is a quick little hike to some waterfalls with a small waterhole very close to the interstate exit.
Soccer Fields
For all the soccer peeps wanting to get their footy on, there are two big soccer complexes in Asheville. BCSP (closer to venue and linked) and JBL if you're looking to do some pickup.
Hiking around AVL
There are too many places we could link for hiking, but here are some of the favorites that we have that are somewhat nearby: Graveyard Fields(falls)/Black Balsam Knob/Tennent Mountain (all intertwine), Frying Pan Mountain lookout tower, Looking Glass Falls, Devils Courthouse, Craggy Gardens (farish but worth the 360 view, on clear days you can see Charlotte buildings in the distance!!) There are countless of other places along the parkway throughout the surrounding Pisgah/Nantahala/Cherokee National Forests so if you haven't been to any of them now's the time!
