FAQs

Question

Do I need a passport?

Answer

While passports are not required for this cruise, traveling with a valid passport is strongly recommended, especially in case of emergencies. If you bring a passport, it must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the sail date.

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

To officially RSVP, we kindly ask that you submit your $25 per person/ $50 per cabin (based on double occupancy) non-refundable deposit by September 15, 2025. This secures your spot within our room block & wedding guest count. Final payments for your cabin will be due no later than May 10, 2026. Details on how to book and pay your deposit can be found on the Travel tab of our website. We truly appreciate early RSVPs to help us finalize guest counts and avoid extra fees!

Question

How do I book my cabin?

Answer

You’ll be booking directly through our group block to receive the best rate and be counted toward our group total. I (Tyler) will be the agent responsible for our bookings. Check out the “Travel” tab. Please book early — rooms are limited!

Question

Can I bring a plus one or family member who’s not on the invitation?

Answer

We love that so many want to celebrate with us! Due to our venue’s guest limits, the ceremony and reception are reserved for those whose names appear on the invitation. Family and friends are absolutely welcome to join your vacation aboard Carnival Paradise, but the wedding festivities are invite-only.

Question

Is this a kid-friendly wedding?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our ceremony and reception will be adults-only. For guests traveling with children, Carnival offers complimentary childcare through Camp Ocean, available from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on the day of our wedding.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We invite our guests to dress in warm earth tones that complement our wedding palette. Think caramel, cognac, mocha, chocolate brown, or warm camel. These rich neutrals will help create a beautiful, cohesive look for our ceremony and reception photographs. For our cruise setting, we recommend chic, tropical-elegant attire in lightweight fabrics such as linen, satin, chiffon, or other breathable blends that move comfortably with the ocean breeze. Gold or neutral accessories are welcome. Please avoid very light shades such as beige, cream, champagne, taupe, or greige. Come ready to celebrate, toast, and vibe with us 🥂✨

Question

Will there be other wedding events?

Answer

Our main event is the ceremony and reception on July 31, 2026, but we’ll share optional group meetups and excursions closer to the date. Feel free to turn this into a full baecation, friendcation, or family getaway!

Question

Can I bring a gift?

Answer

Your presence is our greatest gift! But if you'd like to contribute, we will have a registry available soon under the “Registry” tab.
