We met at a mutual friend's middle school graduation party in June of 2009. We flirted the entire party. That night we stayed on the telephone until sunrise. That was just the start of our beautiful love story.

December 24th, 2020, I gathered both my family and Jaida's family downtown to ask for Jaida's hand in marriage. This turned out to be the coldest night of the season but beautiful as ever. Bundled up in our coats, scarves and gloves I got down on bended knee to ask my girlfriend of 12 years to finally be my wife. PS. She said YES.
