There will be shuttles leaving from DoubleTree by Hilton Northwest San Antonio starting at 12:00 PM. You do not have to stay at the hotel to take the shuttles. The shuttles will take guests from the hotel to the church, from the church to the reception, and from the reception to the DoubleTree at the end of the night. If you are driving, the speed limit in Grey Forest is 20 MPH and the police are very excited to give speeding tickets.
Catch Up with Family or Explore Helotes
2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
There is an an hour between the end of the reception and the opening of the venue. Guests can spend time with family in Helotes during the break.

3:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The venue will open at 3pm. The venue won't be able to serve food or drinks prior to 3pm if anyone arrives early.
