The wedding will begin at 3:30 but you will need to get to the chairlift at 2:30 to get checked in and up the mountain on time.

Red Lodge Mountain Weddings

Please wear something nice. No jeans.

Please show up to the base of the Mountain between 2-2:30 pm, 2:30 at the latest! You will check in and sign waivers. It will take about an hour to get through everything and make it to the ceremony site. No kids. You will ride a chairlift to the ceremony. If that will be a physical challenge please reach out to us and we can help accommodate your needs. You will have access to the mountain all day leading up to the wedding. We all must be off the mountain by 5 pm.

Reception

5:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Please go to the second floor. There will be appetizers and drinks before dinner. This will not be a traditional reception. We just want to spend time with the people we love and have a wonderful dinner.
