Travel

New Orleans is full of charming boutique hotels and unique Airbnbs! We recommend staying in one of the following neighborhoods: The French Quarter: In the heart of it all! The Marigny & Bywater: Just upriver from the French Quarter, these neighborhoods are artsy, colorful, and home to the famous Frenchmen Street jazz clubs. The Garden District & Lower Garden District: Famous for its massive oak trees and historic mansions. It’s a quieter, more residential area that’s still easily accessible to the rest of the city via the St. Charles Streetcar. Central Business District/Downtown: A great central location that is between all the wedding activities (also where the St Charles hotel block is located). It provides more affordable lodging while being very coinvent. It is a short streetcar ride from the action.

Hotel

Holiday Inn Express New Orleans - St Charles

936 Saint Charles Avenue
New Orleans, LA 70130

We still recommend exploring and getting a historic hotel or an Airbnb, but we also have a room block to make things easy for our guests!

Hotel

Holiday Inn French Quarter-Chateau Lemoyne by IHG

301 Dauphine Street
New Orleans, LA 70112

This is where Hannah & Tyler will be staying and where the wedding ceremony is!

Train

New Orleans Street Car

New Orleans Streetcars: The Best Way To See The City A charming, affordable, and easy way to get around the city. There is a streetcar stop right in front of the St Charles Hotel & two blocks from Chateau Lemoyne. We also recommend downloading the "Le Pass" app to pay for Trolleys or Busses.

Travel Note

Lyfts & Ubers

We highly recommend taking Lyft or Uber to get around - there are no shortages in the city!
