We suggest that our guests utilize Waze for navigational services if driving to the venue. Driving directions are listed under the "Shuttles" tab on this website. WHAT SAFETY MEASURES ARE IN PLACE WITH REGARDS TO COVID-19?

Answer

For the safety of all of our guests and vendors, we kindly ask that you only attend if you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have received a negative test result prior to traveling. *Please be advised that expectations and requirements related to COVID-19 are subject to change as we move forward. We suggest that guests routinely check this website for updates prior to traveling.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

Please visit the "RSVP" tab on this website and type the name of a member of your party; if your invitation indicates that you have a guest or lists the name of your partner, then yes! *If your invitation says "Guest Name Unknown," you will be prompted to enter a name before proceeding.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED AT THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?

Answer

We would appreciate keeping the ceremony and reception adults only; the venue is on a farm and safety hazards may be present. We will also be providing an open bar throughout the reception. Please note that some exceptions will be made for immediate family. If this is prohibitive or is an obstacle for your family, please feel free to reach out to us by email!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Answer

Suggested attire is cocktail or semiformal. Please note that the weather can be unpredictable in the Shenandoah Valley this time of year, so we suggest bringing a light sweater and an umbrella or rain jacket. The venue is indoor / outdoor which includes a large tent. The ceremony and reception are being held on a farm; please note that guests will be walking on grass and gravel. Stilettos are ill-advised...

HOW DO I GET TO AND FROM THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?

Answer

We have arranged a complimentary shuttle service for our guests. Parking is also available at the venue; please see the "Shuttles" tab on this website for additional details and driving directions. *Lyfts and Ubers will likely not be an option for guests departing the venue during or after the reception; please plan accordingly.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! We will have refreshments available upon arrival.

IF I HAVE A DIETARY RESTRICTION, WILL I STARVE?

Answer

Of course not! Please indicate on your RSVP if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS?

Answer

We ask that guests keep phones and cameras safely tucked away in a pocket or purse throughout the ceremony and refrain from taking photographs, but please feel free to snap away during the reception!

SHOULD I BRING A GIFT?

Answer

We are asking that guests refrain from bringing gifts to the ceremony and reception. If you are interested in giving a gift, please see the "Registry" tab on this website for more information.

AM I FREE TO EXPLORE THE PROPERTY?

Answer

Yes! We welcome our guests to walk around and enjoy the farm; however, please respect posted signs that restrict traffic, entry, or advise caution with regards to safety hazards.
