When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than August 20, 2024. If we have not received your response by this date, we will assume you are not attending. If you do show up with no RSVP or have selected no and show up, please bring a sandwich and your own chair.

What is the dress code?

Answer

DRESSY CASUAL - We want you to be comfortable at our reception. The dress code is dressy casual attire, please no jeans.

What is the parking like at the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of free parking available at the venue. The parking lot is gravel, please keep this in mind when deciding on shoes.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The reception will be indoors. There will be a few cornhole boards located immediately outside the reception site. Please see the FAQ on remaining at the reception site during the event.

Are we able to walk around the club?

Answer

While the club will be open to other members, we have only secured access for the reception at the club house. To be considerate to the other club members, please stick to the club house while there.

Am I able to bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space and seating, we are restricting plus ones to a limited few. Your RSVP will specify if you are permitted a plus one.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Yes! Please make sure your children are with you during all special dances and you are aware of where they are while at the reception. Please also see the FAQ on walking around the club.

Why does my RSVP only allow reception?

Answer

While we would love to have everyone present to witness our ceremony, we unfortunately have limited seating at the ceremony location. We do want to celebrate with everyone and have more room at the reception site and hope to see you there.
