One of our priorities for this celebration is for everyone to have a good time! We would suggest semi-formal/Sunday best. But, please dress in whatever you would feel most comfortable in.
We love dogs and understand they are valued family members! Unfortunately, however, the Y Camp of Maine does not allow dogs on the property.
The presence of our friends and family is the greatest gift of all. However, if it is your wish to bless us with a gift, we would greatly appreciate a monetary contribution to our future together or you can surprise us in your own special way :)
If you are staying overnight with us in the cabins at the Y Camp, you will want to bring the following: - Either bed linens suitable for a twin bed(s) or sleeping bags and a pillow. Please note: the beds in the cabins are twin bunk beds that we have been told can be pushed together to be suitable for adults. - A change of clothes - Toiletries and beautification tools/devices - A flashlight - A phone charger. Please note: there's electricity but poor phone service and no wifi. - Any other items that would help make your stay more comfortable. The cabins are equipped with fans and electrical outlets. They are not equipped with space heaters but can support a space heater if you feel you should bring one. There are community bathrooms a very short walk from the cabins that have several toilet stalls, sinks, and showers. Equipment for volleyball, soccer, and various lawn games are available to use at the camp. Saturday morning breakfast will be served for all guests who stayed the night with us on Friday or for those who want to arrive that early.
The Y Camp of Maine is primarily a camp designed to host children throughout the summer. Understandably, they have kindly asked us not to use their premises for smoking of any kind. We hope you understand.
