Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:00 - We ask for all guests to start arriving at least 30 minutes prior.

Wedding Timeline

Answer

Ceremony: 4:00-4:30 p.m. Cocktail Hour: 4:30-5:30 p.m. Reception/Dinner: Begins at 5:30 p.m. - Ends at 11:00 p.m.

Will the Ceremony/Reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather dependent, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. If the weather is not cooperative, every thing will take place indoors. The reception, will be indoors.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Short answer is no. We wish we had unlimited funds to support this! Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your invite or discussed with Tyler or Myself. When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends (: Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children under the age of 12. Call a sitter and have a night out with us!

Unplugged Ceremony?

Answer

YES! Please turn off phones during the ceremony. We have a photographer to capture our day ☺️ We greatly appreciate it!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is complimentary guest parking. Although we do recommend carpooling to prevent over crowding.

Is it a cash bar or open bar?

Answer

We will have a cash bar!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal / Dressy Casual - Please put your best dress on! Please stay away from white - white is for the Bride only. ❤️

***TRANSPORTATION***

Answer

We will have a shuttle (seats 8-10) who will be picking guests up from either hotel option starting at 2:45 p.m. and last pick up 3:40 p.m. CALL/TEXT Angie at 317-384-9165 for pick up if you are staying at one of our hotel options listed here. (Depauw Inn or Holiday Inn - Cloverdale) The shuttle will also be picking guests up to travel back to the hotels starting at about 9:00 pm.

What can I do about driving if I need to leave my car?

Answer

We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. The venue agrees and allow guests to leave their vehicles overnight if need be. They will open the gate the next day at 9:00 a.m. and you can pick up your vehicle. Otherwise please know who your DD is ahead of time.

I have a question not answered here; how do I contact you?

Answer

On the day of the wedding, Tyler and I will not have our phones on. Please reach out to Melissa/Mark Madsen, Lori O’Rourke, Brad/Jo Ann O’Rourke, Shannon/Melissa Padgett. You could also try a member of the wedding party. Their names are listed on this site. Thank you ❤️
