The Box House Hotel
We have booked a block of rooms at the Box House Hotel, located in our neighborhood of Greenpoint where the ceremony is being held as well. While we do have a group rate, it’s come to our attention that there may be cheaper ways to book. I recommend checking third party sites such as Airbnb or booking.com for price comparisons for the Box House. If you book directly with the Box House, there is a two night minimum stay to receive the 15% discount at check out. There are a variety of room styles available at the Box House, from single rooms, to two bedroom apartments. Rooms with one or two bedrooms also include a pull out couch. Apartment style rooms have full kitchens. I recommend giving the hotel a call or reaching out to Tyler and Emily to ask about the best option for you. The Box House Hotel is a 15 minute walk to The Greenpoint Loft, or a short uber. The hotel offers a free cab up to a one mile radius, but for the day of the wedding other accommodations should be planned for. Check out the local recs page for our favorite eats and drinks all walking distance to the hotel. The Box House is located a half mile from the G train and the 7 train where you can access the rest of the city.
