Is there parking?

Answer

There are two free, public parking lots located directly across the street from Headquarters. Each lot has approximately 75 available spots on weeknights and weekends. Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony.

We are! We are registered through Amazon and Target! You can purchase straight from this website!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Casual Cocktail Attire. We recommend for men: suit & tie or khakis and a nice button up with dress shoes. We recommend for women: cocktail dresses or nice jumpsuits. Please refrain from wearing white.

Can I Bring A Guest?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity at our venue, we can only accommodate the people named on your invitation. We look forward to celebrating with our closest friends and family!

Can I Bring My Kids?

Answer

While we love your kids, the venue does have limited capacity. Invitations will be SPECIFIC and include the names of the children who have been invited. However, we do encourage you to use this evening as a fun "night out" for yourselves!

Will The Wedding Be Inside or Outside?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors at Headquarters Event Center.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Hampton Inn and Suites Newport/Cincinnati, Aloft Newport on the Levee, Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati River Center, and more! There are so many great hotels in the Newport area!
