FAQs

Question

Are masks required?

Answer

Short answer- No. We encourage all of our guests to do what makes them comfortable. Please remember we are all here to have a good time and celebrate. This will include people from all across the country with different beliefs and comfort zones. No one will be required to wear a mask, but of course you are more than welcome to if you’d like. With that said, if you’re feeling under the weather we understand if you’re unable to attend.

Question

What does the itinerary look like?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4pm. We ask that you arrive around 3pm to grab a drink, find your seat, and get comfortable. After a short ceremony the wedding party will step out to take pictures- at this time there will be music and drinks and snacks— perfect time to mingle! We will then return for the reception and a great time together with you all. The reception will end by 10pm.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Yes! Our registry items are located here on our website. You’re more than welcome to bring any gift with you or mail it to our home address.

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

The event space has plenty of parking. There is a dirt road directly to the right, as the house sits on a corner lot. Please park respectfully, as there are other houses and drive ways in the immediate area that we do not want to block.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We have many guests with children! If your child is attending, please make sure to include them on the RSVP (ages 3 and up should be counted for food count purposes).

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

This should be noted on your RSVP. We will have vegetarian, pescatarian, and gluten free options, but please inform us if you need more accommodations.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We ask that you please stick to your invitations guest list. While we made sure to include significant others, we do have a limited amount of people that we can have attend. If you are unsure if you have a +1, don’t be afraid to ask!

Question

Where can we post pictures?

Answer

If you have social media, you can use our hashtag #LivingLaVidaCarlson and/or tag us. We’d love to see everyone perspective!
