The ceremony and reception will both be at Dellwood Country Club. Both events are indoors, however there is an outdoor space with chairs and umbrellas that is ours to use. The ceremony will begin at 4:15, followed by a cocktail hour. The reception is set to begin at 6:00 and will conclude at midnight.
Semi-formal-ish attire is requested. You don't have to wear a suit and tie necessarily, but this is a great time to break out that nice shirt and pants or that dress you haven't worn since the last wedding you went to. The venue is a country club, so dress however you see fit.
Dellwood Country Club will be valeting all of our guest's vehicles free of charge! No need to tip, we've got you covered! If you arrive on two wheels, they will guide you to our designated parking area. If you choose to leave your vehicle overnight, DCC requests they are picked up by 10:00 the following morning.
Please don't buy us anything. We've been living together for 4 years and we have everything we need. The most important thing to us is that you're able to come and celebrate with us. However, if you wish to give a gift, a card alone is perfect or we would graciously accept a cash contribution towards our Honeymoon/Future Home Fund within the card. There will be a cash bar serving until 11:30pm. Credit cards will be accepted as well. The venue does not serve shots, but they will have beer, wine, spirits and seltzers.
Come hungry! We are serving our food buffet style. If you have concerns, please let us know in the allergies/restrictions box when you RSVP or send us a text and we will make sure your concerns are addressed and accommodated. If we have any picky eaters joining us for dinner, you can also add that to the RSVP and they will be served a personal order of chicken tenders.
