Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Behind the main building, there is a large gravel parking lot directly across from the event hall.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Food will be catered in from Hickory River. There will be a buffet style selection with turkey and brisket as the main entrees. Beer and wine will be available for purchases as well as soft drinks and lemonade.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

RSVPs are available through our wedding website. Please RSVP by April 13th.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside weather permitting. The reception will be inside.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive thirty minutes before the start of the ceremony.

What is the wedding day itinerary?

3:00 - Guest begin arriving 3:30 - Ceremony 4:00 - Cocktail & hors d'oeuvres 5:00 - Introductions of bridal party 5:20 - Dinner 6:00 - Dancing & celebrating the newlyweds!
