Is there a dress code?

Dress Code: Dressy Casual Think comfortable and well put-together with a subtle Montana touch. Sundresses or flowy dresses, dress pants with a button-up or blazer, or a relaxed suit are all great options. Nice jeans paired with a button-up or smart jacket are welcome. The ceremony will be held outdoors, followed by an indoor reception. Montana spring weather can be unpredictable, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or something cozy just in case.

Our ceremony will be outdoors, followed by an indoor reception under the Montana sky! Since the weather here likes to keep us on our toes, we recommend bringing a jacket or something cozy—just in case Montana decides to show off all four seasons in one day.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving around 3:30 PM to find your seat and get settled before the ceremony begins. Things tend to move at a relaxed Montana pace, but we’ll be starting on time—so don’t let the mountain views distract you for too long!

Our ceremony and reception will take place at the Big Yellow Barn 9466 Springhill Road Belgrade, MT.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! The parking lot is right next to the ceremony and reception, don't worry about leaving extra coats in the car for the start of the night.

How far away is the venue?

Answer

The Big Yellow Barn is right under the Bridger Mountains. 15 minutes from Belgrade Montana and downtown Bozeman Montana.

Can we bring pets?

Answer

Unfortunately the venue, including the parking lot, doesn’t allow pets so please leave them at home or find one of the many Airbnb in the area that allow pets!

Do you have hotels blocked?

Answer

No, there are lot of great hotels and Airbnb’s in both Belgrade and Bozeman! Anywhere in town is an easy 15-20 minute drive to the venue!
