We recommend booking ASAP. We have only a certain amount of rooms within the promo code so we recommend booking as soon as you’re sure you’ll be attending (otherwise you’ll end up paying full price). ***Cancellation is free, however please refrain from booking your room until you are sure you can attend & only cancel in the event of an emergency as a courtesy to us & our other guests who may want to book. A $1 hold will be placed on your card to reserve your room until the amount is paid in full 30 days prior to your trip. Make sure whatever card is on file will not expire by the time payment is due, or your room may be cancelled. Answer

No - this is a fully refundable rate, meaning you can't pay in full in advance or go on a payment plan. We wanted to be flexible and give guests the opportunity to cancel without penalty in case an emergency comes up, while also giving enough time to plan ahead & save, as we know this is a big expense! The card you put on file when booking your stay will be the card that is charged in full 30 days prior to your stay. For those who were hoping to pay installments or pay in advance- we recommend putting the money aside in a separate account as if you were on a payment plan, that way when the time comes for your card to be charged, you'll have the money ready!

The PUJ airport is about a 40 minute ride from the resort. With your booked stay, transportation to and from the airport is included!

Can I bring a guest/plus one/kids?Can I bring a guest/plus one/kids?

Answer

If you have a plus one, their name will be listed on your invitation. Due to a limited quantity of rooms and guest count within the resort, we ask that only those who are listed on the invitation book a stay. Regarding kids, only immediate family members under 18 will be invited to our wedding weekend. Take this as an opportunity to relax and enjoy a vacation for yourself if you can! Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code for the wedding?Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

The dress code will be "Beach Formal". For men - a button down/collared shirt, long pants, & closed toes shoes or loafers. Suit jackets & ties are optional. For women- a cocktail length or maxi length dress. Sandals or heels- a block heel or wedges are recommended due to the venue being on a wooden deck. The ceremony & reception will be on a beach deck. It tends to get windy the closer you are to the water so keep that in mind when planning attire, especially hair styles for women!

This is an all inclusive resort- meaning an unlimited amount of food and drinks are included in your stay. However, tips of any amount are greatly appreciated by the staff who work very hard! US dollars are preferred, so no need to do money exchange (we recommend bringing small bills like $1 & $5)

All you can eat and all you can drink- included in your stay! There are 13 restaurants and 8 bars (2 extra restaurants and bars for those booked in Club level rooms) We recommend downloading the Excellence Collection App where you can find more info on the restaurants including the menus, dress codes, and hours of operation.

Finest & Excellence are both Club level upgrades that give you access to additional restaurants and bars throughout the resort. Finest Club: Club level rooms are located on the side of the resort where those under 18 are permitted. Guests in the Finest Club have access to all of the normal pools, restaurants and bars as well as those exclusively for Club members - Gusto restaurant, Sunrise club bar, Oasis Club bar, & Finest Club Pool, Finest Club lounge, & private beach area. As Finest Club members, you also have access to the Excellence Club Adults Only perks (permitting you are over 18) Excellence Club: This is the Adults Only Club Level. Only those over the age of 18 are permitted to book here, and no more than 2 guests per room. Like Finest Club, you have access to additional perks, bars, and restaurants. You can visit any of the Finest Club amenities, as well as those in the Excellence Club: Dommo restaurant, Sunset Club Bar, Unique Club Bar, Excellence Club pool, Excellence Club lounge, & private beach area. Guests of both the Excellence & Finest Clubs are able to partake in a free Hydrotherapy session at the Spa!
