When should I RSVP by?

Where is the entrance to Down Town Club?

Answer

Even though the official address of Down Town Club is on Chestnut Street, the entrance is located on 6th Street, through the main entrance of the Public Ledger Building. On 6th Street, directly across from Independence Hall, you will see flags for the Down Town Club (or "DTC"). Photo included above for reference. An attendant will direct you to the elevators upon entrance.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Complimentary Valet parking at the Down Town Club will be provided

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm. You are welcome to arrive starting at 4:30.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Our caterer will take dinner orders at your tables, so you can tell them of any dietary restrictions and they will accommodate.

While we love your little ones, we kindly request that the ceremony and reception are adults only

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The quickest and most efficient way to get from our Hotel Block hotels to the ceremony location is by walking. Down Town Club is .1 miles (3 min walk) from Hotel Monaco and .2 miles (4 min walk) from The Renaissance. However, in the case of inclement weather or if you are unable to walk we will have transportation options available. Stay tuned for more details.
